Where is the SportingBet Live Dealer Casino Located?

How do I transfer money into the games?

You don’t need to. When you want to place a bet in the Live Dealer Casino it will check your SportingBet account, and will transfer the money before the bet is accepted. It will also transfer back the winnings!

How do I know the game is fair?

If I think I had a winning bet, but my balance didn’t update correctly what do I do.

Firstly, check the History section located on the game. This should tell you whether your bet has been settled as a winning bet or a losing one. If you believe your bet has been settled incorrectly then please check the game rules, located in the How to Play section. If this confirms your bet should have been settled as a winning bet then please contact our Customer Service team.

If the problem relates to the game itself then the Dealers and PitBosses will be happy to help, simply ask them your question via the Chat Window. If question concerns either your account or a more general question about SportingBet then please contact our customer service team.

What happens if I get disconnected during a game?

It depends which game you are playing. With Roulette and Baccarat if you are disconnected after placing a bet, that bet will stand, the game will be played as normal and if your bet wins your winnings will be paid into your account. The game history will allow you to see what the result of the game and your bet was.

If you are playing blackjack and the cards have already been dealt then you will be assumed to have elected to stand. You will receive no more cards and the rest of the hand will be played out as normal.
