Mobile Betting FAQ

Security
Is my personal data Secure?
Absolutely. Your personal data is our primary concern and as such we use industry standard encryption technologies to ensure all information transmitted between your mobile phone and our servers is completely secure.
Why do I have to enter a PIN Number?
Its very time consuming to enter full account details on a mobile phone. With the Mobile Betting, you only need to enter your full account id and password the first time you use it. After the account details have been entered correctly, you then are requested to enter a 4-digit PIN. You will need this PIN to identify yourself when you want to use the Mobile Betting.
What do I do if I forget my PIN Number?
There is a reset PIN option on the Options menu of the Logon screen. If you select this option you will be asked to re-enter your Account Id and Password and will then be asked to enter a new PIN. We cannot see or change your PIN and at no point will our Customer Service team ask you for it. Please remember that account password is case sensitive. To access capital letters on your mobile phone handset keep pressing the relevant letter key and you will see the uppercase versions of the letters (ie. Press "6" and you cycle through m,n,o,6,M,N,O)
